By using FareSight, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Platform Terms
These FareSight Terms of Use apply on all supported platforms.
Apple platforms: Use of FareSight on Apple platforms is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.
Android: Purchases and subscriptions made through Google Play are also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
Description of Service
FareSight helps users evaluate rideshare and delivery offer screenshots. Users can manually select screenshots from their photo library, or they can bring screenshots into FareSight through their phone's Share menu or another app.
The screenshot analysis flow is designed to run locally on the user's device.
User Content and Third-Party Services
You may only select, share, or import screenshots that you own or are permitted to use. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of screenshots and FareSight complies with applicable laws and the terms of any third-party service associated with the screenshot.
By importing a screenshot into FareSight, you authorize the app to access and process that screenshot only as needed to provide the analysis you requested.
FareSight is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any rideshare, delivery, or other third-party platform. Third-party names, trademarks, content, and services remain the property of their respective owners.
Informational Use Only
FareSight is informational only. Results are estimates only and should be used as a convenience tool, not as a final statement of payout, distance, time, or any other offer term.
Users should verify information in the original app before making decisions.
Screenshot Accuracy
FareSight may misread a screenshot. If a screenshot is unclear, partial, or missing details, the app may return incomplete or inaccurate results.
No Earnings Guarantee
FareSight does not guarantee earnings, profitability, acceptance outcomes, or any other business result. Users are responsible for deciding whether an offer is worth accepting.
Free and Pro Usage
Free users get 5 screenshot checks per local calendar day. FareSight Pro removes the daily free limit.
Subscriptions and Purchases
FareSight may offer monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase. The price and billing period are displayed before purchase. FareSight Pro removes the daily free limit.
Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the applicable app store account. Payment is charged through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through their Apple or Google account settings. Refunds are handled according to the applicable app store's policies.

User Responsibility and Safety
Users are responsible for their own decisions and compliance. That includes reviewing the original app, deciding whether to accept or reject an offer, and using FareSight only in a safe and lawful way.
Do not use FareSight while driving.
Changes to These Terms
Wintercore may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If that happens, the updated version will be posted on this page and the date at the top will be revised.
