Start with onboarding.
Try FareSight’s sample offer, then choose your currency, miles or kilometers, and hourly and distance goals. The built-in onboarding sample does not use your free allowance.
Set up your phone.
On iPhone, add FareSight Quick Analyze to Shortcuts and choose a supported trigger. On Android, review the accessibility disclosure and enable the floating FareSight button. Setup is optional if you prefer saved screenshots.
Run it deliberately.
With the offer or a screenshot visible outside FareSight, use your chosen iPhone trigger or tap the Android button. FareSight processes the captured image on your device. It does not accept or decline the offer for you.
Review what is available.
A result can include estimated distance and hourly rates, comparisons with your goals, and a verdict when enough information is available. Both platforms offer spoken feedback; iPhone result banners also need notification permission.
What the verdict means.
- Strong Offer
- Both estimated rates meet your personal goals.
- Borderline
- Exactly one estimated rate meets its goal.
- Low Value
- Both estimated rates fall below your goals.
Meeting a goal includes matching it exactly. Missing duration can leave a distance rate without an hourly rate or a complete verdict. Missing or unclear details and currency mismatches can also prevent a full comparison. Check the original offer rather than guessing a missing value.
Rates are gross estimates for the offer being evaluated, before expenses. They are not net profit, a guaranteed shift wage, or a prediction of future earnings. Pickup details and waiting time that are absent from the source can affect the estimate.
Saved a screenshot? You can use that, too.
Share a supported offer screenshot to FareSight using your phone’s Share menu, or choose one from the photo library inside FareSight. You can use these methods without setting up Quick Analyze. Quick Analyze and saved-screenshot analysis share the daily free allowance.
5 free quick analyses each day. See the Free & Pro overview for the daily reset and unlimited Pro option.
Test first, then use it on real offers.
During setup, choose Test Quick Analyze, open an offer or screenshot outside FareSight, run your trigger and return to FareSight to check the outcome. Setup testing uses the normal analysis allowance; the onboarding sample is separate. Only use your phone when safe and legal, never while driving.
If nothing appears, follow the missing-result checklist. For capture processing, optional reports, analytics and purchases, read the Privacy Policy.
